Commercial Printing is a great way to let your company share information to other easily. Here are a few questions to ask your friendly commercial printer before starting that print project:

1) How much are your prints?
Are these potential printers giving you the right rate? Before you say yes to any printer make sure you have doubled check with other printers their rates and compared it with their service, promos, expertise and options. You do not necessarily have to choose the lowest because you never know if it’s the quality of prints that will falter if you pick the cheapest. So be careful in picking out your printer. IF they are giving a very low quote, doubt and read what comes with that price.

2) Do you give discounts?
If you are thinking of having bulk prints you should get a good rate and a good discount for the sale. Printers love bulk prints so they must give you a good price.

3) What do your other customers say about you?
Ask them outright if customers have said anything to them about their service and print quality, although they will probably sugarcoat any customer reactions, you can easily detect a lie from the truth.

4) Are your prints lasting?
Do they have gloss or lamination to protect their print outs? Are they using an ink that lasts longer no matter the intense UV exposure? Protection and Inks are important items that you need to check with your printer before saying go to your printer.

5) Are there other options available from what is in the website?
There are some printers that may have not been able to post some of their service online just yet so if you need anything that you believe they can do, go ask them about other services outside the website.

6) Do you do custom printing?
They must say yes to this. Printers must adjust to any request their clients want and need. If they say they do not customize forget them.

7) Do you print and deliver on time?
One of the most important things you need to know even before you say yes to the printer. Go check out what other people say by looking for them online or asking the customers that just finished their printing projects. You do not have to do a survey just to know the real deal just go ask one or two customers.

8) Are all your prints smudge free?
There prints must be perfect. Every single must print must be the same as the first one on top. It must have not have a single dot of ink or dirt in any area even at the back unless it is part of your design. They must have the ability to change any page or any project that is dirty or wasn’t done as discussed.

9) Do you respond to requests or questions even after the sale?
Do they still talk to you after everything has been printed and paid for? After sales service is as important as the sale itself, they still must talk to you after everything has been done. This will be the only time you will be able to confirm if they are true to their word and that their customer service is indeed excellent. You can also ask other people who have tried your preferred printers.

Commercial Printing is not the same with all printers so go ask them everything. Professional Commercial Printers will listen and answer you no matter how many times you ask.
